Why I Don’t Hustle for Healing (and Neither Should You)

We’ve been sold the idea that the harder we push, the more results we get. In business, in fitness, even in healing. Hustle harder, do more, try everything all at once.

But here’s the truth: hustle has no place in healing.

Your gut doesn’t reset through force. It heals through clarity, alignment, and timing.

As a Projector in Human Design, I’ve learned that my power comes not from grinding, but from guiding. I thrive when I conserve my energy and direct it with precision.

And I see the same truth with my clients’ gut health: when they stop forcing their way through endless diets, supplements, and protocols- and instead take the right steps at the right time - their body finally responds.

When you throw everything at your gut at once, it doesn’t speed up progress. It overwhelms your system and slows down healing. But when we create a sequence - clearing first, then repairing, then rebuilding - your gut knows what to do.

Healing isn’t about willpower. It’s about strategy.

Imagine this: instead of stacking supplement after supplement, you give your body one clear next step. Instead of hustling through every gut-healing hack you find online, you pause, get the roadmap, and follow a rhythm that makes sense for your body. That’s when digestion calms, energy frees up, and momentum builds.

I don’t hustle my way to health- and I don’t ask my clients to either. Because healing is smarter, not harder.

If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and ready for a clear, aligned strategy, this is the exact process I guide clients through in my 1:1 programs. Together, we strip out the noise and build the steps your gut will actually respond to. Learn more HERE.
