Thriving Beyond SIBO - Self-paced Program does NOT offer access to Jen, however, you do have the opportunity to purchase & schedule an Initial Consultation with Jen (75-90 minutes) and/or a Lab Consultation with Jen (20-30 minutes) separately.

All of our Programs offer a multi-faceted approach utilizing functional & integrative medicine principles with a whole body-mind-soul approach and root cause solutions. Your unique body, health history, and energetics are considered and incorporated into your coaching.

We know that one-size-does-NOT-fit-all, so we offer more options and flexibility - in both time & financial commitment. Our goal is to always help you get the BEST results, so we may offer suggestions on which Program would be the best fit.

Thriving Beyond SIBO - Self-paced Program is designed to get you started on your self-healing journey and through the modules in about 4-6 months. Of course this varies depending on your unique health and history... and dedication to keeping yourself on track.

Advanced SIBO Solutions & Mastery Mentorship is a revolving monthly membership. The BETA program is a 3 month minimum commitment.

The Thriving Beyond SIBO - Self-paced Program is a faster way to get access to my SIBO Toolbox. This program is a great option for those who are not willing or able to commit to longer program times and financial commitments. It's a DIY program so you must be motivated to keep yourself on track-- it affords flexible timing, and you have access to your modules for 6 months from date of purchase. You may schedule an Initial Consultation and even order lab work before you begin (additional fees apply). The Self-paced Program is a comprehensive education with loads of information to help you feel empowered to make the choices that fit your needs. And with additional consultations it becomes a hybrid, comprehensive approach, the best of both types of programs out there!

A discount is offered to any client moving from the Thriving Beyond SIBO Program to our Empowering YOU Beyond SIBO or Hydrogen Sulfide Solutions programs.

Your time is highly individual! Some clients are working on daily lifestyle changes and using temporary diets in the beginning and this takes more effort, focus and intention, as well as time. If you're enrolled as a VIP or Self-paced client, you will have access to video Modules, handouts, worksheets and journaling prompts. We've organized all content into short, digestible bites to make it easier. Expect to spend at least 10-15 mins a few times per week on this "homework". Your exercises and other body movement, self-care modalities will vary in time commitment.

Time frames allotted for consultations and LIVE calls:

Strategy Session - 30 mins

Initial Consultation - 75-90 mins

Lab Consultation - 20-30 mins

LIVE Group Calls - 60 mins

LabCorp blood work requisitions are sent to you via email within 24-48 hours and you are responsible for making your own appointment for the blood draw or urine sample.

• Most routine blood work takes about 3-7 days to get results.

Ordering specialty lab kits usually take up to a week to be shipped to your home. Common specialty lab kits:

• SIBO Breath test takes about 10-14 days to get results, and up to one week to ship the kit to you. It does require a test prep, at least 24 hours before.

• The GI Map test takes about 14-21 days to get results, and up to one week to ship the kit to you.

• DUTCH test typically takes 3-4 weeks to get get results. Keep in mind that if you are a cycling female, you will have consider the timing for ovulation and luteal phases.

• OATs, Mycotoxins, and other specialty labs may take up to 3-4 weeks for results.

Don't stress! After you complete your Program, you will continue to have access to your Program Modules 6 months (Empowering YOU Beyond SIBO) or 12 weeks (Hydrogen Sulfide Solutions) from your enrollment date. If you'd like to continue access, you may enroll in a Monthly Membership.

If you feel you need continued LIVE coaching support, you may consider rolling into one our Monthly Memberships with the same Program Module access.

Enrollment into any Program gives you access to our lab ordering service form. If you need a SIBO breath test for example, we can place the order for you right away.

When addressing gut health, we often run a variety of labs (GI Map Stool Test, HTMA, DUTCH, FIT, etc). You may certainly see progress during this Program without running lab work, but occasionally it's encouraged so we can rule in/out different root causes. This may also be a conversation you'll have with Jen during an Initial Consultation, if you choose to do so.

As an enrolled client in any program, you will have access to additional functional medicine lab ordering through our office, as mentioned above. We place lab requisition orders for you and you either receive the kit at home or a form to take to your local LabCorp for the blood draw, depending on the test. We upload your results to your client portal once they are available. Lab results take anywhere from 3 days to 3-4 weeks, depending on the test. Lab work pricing varies.

As a client, if you want to use your insurance, we can send a request to your MD to have them order the tests for you. Keep in mind that most conventional doctors are not familiar with functional labs and will refuse, unfortunately. But we can always ask nicely!

As a practice, we encourage nutrient repletion via food first. We do offer a variety of suggestions in our Toolbox for supplementation. During an Initial Consultation, we will be go over options that may be best suited for your unique case.

As an enrolled client you will have access to professional grade supplements via our client portal, Fullscript. You will receive 10-20% off all orders. You can also purchase personal skin care products, pet care and others from the catalog. As long as you keep your Fullscript account active, you may take advantage of this discount, even after your time with The SIBO Coach.

Anyone can set up an account with Fullscript under The SIBO Coach's dispensary. If you are not a client, you are ordering products without our guidance and acknowledge such. We encourage you to consult your physician for recommendations first, but you can take advantage of our discount when ordering. See our disclaimer HERE.

Yes! We have clients from all over the world. All Consultations are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time and are M-Th between 9am-4pm PST. This is the beauty of having access to your Program online, on your own time.

Due to individual state mandates, we are currently unable to order labs for NY, NJ and RI residents.

International clients will need to find access to lab testing via their doctor’s or local clinic. We do not currently order labs outside the U.S. We do know of a few international labs, feel free to email us for more info: support@thesibocoach.com

We use the English language on all Consultations and Program correspondence.

We do not currently accept insurance.

We do provide invoicing and receipts for your records and you can submit them directly to your insurance on your own. Check your coverage benefits/company if you have questions regarding reimbursements for coaching services, lab work. We do utilize Square, Venmo and PayPal for payment if you have an HSA credit card (eg. Visa). If you have further questions, email support@thesibocoach.com

We will consider custom payment plans, if needed. A credit card will be held on file for the duration of your Program, a signed contract is required.

In an attempt to help more SIBO Warriors, we now have two NEW coaching programs -- you get both an Initial Consultation with Jen and regular LIVE group calls!

We also have a FREE community group forum open to all (no need to be a client). Currently it's on Fb HERE and will eventually be moving to our Website.

Everyone is highly unique. Once you get started on your Program, we would expect you to be moving from immune & biofilm support to antimicrobials to the next steps, including prokinetics and continuing to repair and rebuild your gut lining with targeted nutrients.

Retesting is usually recommended.

Sleep and energy is likely returning. Food re-intro should be happening and in 5-6 months we expect that you'll feel motivated to keep going - working on those important lifestyle shifts, setting boundaries, addressing hormones, your mitochondria, and mood balance for long-term wellness.

Here at The SIBO Coach, there are typically 2-3 reasons why we see someone staying stuck - it's a physiological issue such as adhesions or endometriosis (in this case we discuss how to maintain optimal digestion & elimination) OR continuing to live in a sympathetic nervous system dominance OR unaddressed co-infections like mold, viruses, parasites, etc. 

It's our mission to help guide YOU to full body wellness, sometimes it's faster and it sticks... and sometimes it's a longer journey. We encourage all of our clients to have grace and to create space for self-healing. We don't make empty promises or guarantees, nor do we declare timelines for anyone - it's not in alignment with how we run our practice.

We are not a medical office or a licensed prescriber. We do help support our clients with their medications, with the caveat that we expect you to be in touch with your prescriber to keep up to date and to avoid possible contraindications.

Because we are an "unconventional" practice, we typically prefer to recommend the use of proven effective herbs, homeopathic remedies, essential oils and targeted key nutrients for a more comprehensive approach to your whole body-mind-soul self-healing.

We often partner with clients who prefer to use prescriptions such as Rifaximin or anti-fungal medications, for instance. As our client, we commit to doing out best to help you obtain the medications you need from your doctor either via letter or phone call request.

We find it's often helpful to create a community of helpers and healers while you're on your self-healing journey.

The way to start our work together is to enroll in a Program - either Hydrogen Sulfide Solutions or Empowering YOU Beyond SIBO. If after looking over all the information you still have questions or concerns, we invite you to schedule a short Strategy Session, and then move on to booking a Program that begins with a comprehensive Initial Consultation to get started.

Once we have met for your Initial Consultation (75-90 mins), you will be invited to attend our LIVE weekly coaching calls as part of your Program.

Yes and no :)

We offer the option of one-off/ala carte sessions to our enrolled Program members. For example if you order lab testing during your Program and need an extra consultation.

We do NOT offer one-off sessions to the public as a general rule because it's not the most effective way to help guide and empower you, or to fully assess your case.
