How Much of Your Life Is Still Sitting in “When I Feel Better”?

I keep thinking about how much life can quietly end up inside one little sentence: “When I feel better…”

When I feel better, I’ll travel more. I’ll date. I’ll wear the dress without wondering what my stomach will look like by dinner. I’ll stop checking the restaurant menu before I say yes. I’ll book the trip without first mentally calculating bathrooms, food, supplements, refrigeration and whether my digestive system plans to stage a coup somewhere over Texas.

I understand that sentence more than I wish I did.

When your body is genuinely symptomatic, you adapt - of course you do. You learn what feels safer, you plan ahead. You say no sometimes because your body really does need you to.

But somewhere along the way, “when I feel better” can become a waiting room where a surprising amount of life gets held.

And that is usually where the women who find me are. They are not new to this. They have done the diets, the breath tests, supplements, protocols, practitioners, podcasts and enough late-night research to earn at least a minor in gastroenterology. LOL They are smart, capable, high-functioning women who can solve ridiculously complicated problems everywhere else in their lives, yet somehow their gut has become the one place where they still feel like they are throwing spaghetti at the wall.

Gluten-free spaghetti, obviously ;)

What they need at this point is rarely more information. They need someone who can help them make sense of the information they already have. That is where my brain activates!

When I look at a complicated gut case, I want to understand the whole story: what happened before the symptoms started, how digestion and motility are working now, what the nervous system is doing, where hormones, sleep, food reactions, previous treatments and labs fit, and what the body has already taught us through the things that helped, did absolutely nothing, or made everything wildly worse.

Because sometimes you have not failed to find the right protocol. Sometimes nobody has zoomed out far enough to understand why the same pattern keeps rebuilding itself.

That is the heart of my private VIP work. You are not hiring me to hand you another generic SIBO checklist and send you off to be your own case manager again. You are getting my eyes on the whole picture, my pattern-recognition brain in the room with you, and ongoing support while we observe what your body does and adjust from there.

You’ll also have full access to The SIBO Coach app throughout our work, so you have the education and deeper framework between sessions without having to go back to Dr. Google every time something changes.

And this September, I’m opening two private VIP spaces. For the two women who enroll by September 20, I’m adding an additional month of private support to the six-month experience. Not because I want to discount the work, but because I want more runway for YOU. Complex bodies rarely unfold according to a tidy little calendar, and I would much rather have the time to observe, adjust and integrate than rush you toward an arbitrary finish line because six months are up.

If you have reached the point where you know a lot, have tried a lot, and are tired of being the only person responsible for figuring out what all of it means, this may be your time.

Another six months will pass either way.

The real question is whether you want to spend them still putting pieces of your life into the “when I feel better” waiting room, or finally have someone beside you helping you understand why your body keeps bringing you back here.

I have two spaces. If one feels like yours, apply for private VIP support and schedule your SIBO Strategy Session.

I’m ready to look at the whole pattern with YOU.
