Get the free Frequency Research Guide
Frequency wellness is everywhere right now: PEMF, red light, sound, vibration, bioelectricity, terahertz, vagus nerve tools, nervous system devices, recovery platforms, and more.
Some of it is genuinely fascinating. Some of it is promising. Some of it is being marketed with a level of certainty that makes my functional-medicine brain ask a few more questions.
That is why I created Frequency Foundations inside my functional medicine & integrative wellness ecoystem.
And the new Frequency Research Guide inside will help you understand the major categories of frequency wellness in a grounded, accessible way so you can explore these tools with more confidence, more discernment, and a much better sense of what questions to ask before you buy into the next wellness promise.
Inside, we’ll look at frequency-based tools through the lens of gut health, nervous system regulation, cellular communication, recovery, relaxation, and whole-body support without turning curiosity into hype.
No miracle claims. No fear. No wellness wallpaper.
Just a more intelligent way to explore what these tools may offer, what the research can and cannot tell us, and how to think about your body’s response with more clarity. - Jen.
Meet Jen
Hi, I’m Jen Yundt Coles, founder of The SIBO Coach LLC and Gut Frequency Lab. I’m a functional medicine practitioner known for my whole-body, nervous-system-informed approach to healing, with a special focus on gut health, chronic digestive issues, and the gut-brain connection.
This event is co-hosted alongside my colleague Linda Watson, anti-aging and hormone expert, as we explore the intersection of frequency, regulation, healing, and real-world wellness support.
I bring both the practitioner lens and lived experience to these conversations - helping bridge the gap between emerging wellness tools, nervous system health, and what actually matters in everyday healing.
