Sausage & Butternut Noodles


In a hot skillet, brown Italian sausage & chopped scallions in a little avocado oil.


Once sausage is browned, toss in butternut squash noodles, chopped fresh sage & sea salt.


Turn off heat when noodles start to soften, add more avocado or olive oil and serve hot. Enjoy, xo
