Meet Jen 

Jen Yundt Coles is an AFMC Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Acupressure Practitioner. She loves inspiring and guiding her clients to optimal health and wellness through promoting positive food & lifestyle changes. Jen was on her own healing journey for over a decade -- first finding out she was gluten-intolerant, struggling with debilitating abdominal pain and fibromyalgia, as well as overcoming SIBO, Candida and chronic stress. In addition to her FxMed education, she has studied under Drs. Allison Siebecker, Nirala Jacobi and Jason Hawrelak and follows Dr. Mark Pimentel closely to bring you the latest in SIBO & IMO treatment. Through her research, her work with clients, and her personal story, she is especially adept at helping creatives & Type As support digestive health and the mood imbalances that often goes along with them.

As a former patient and a health coach, Jen “gets” that you may feel overwhelmed and uninspired. She intimately understands the impact that digestive dysfunction can have on your self-esteem, your relationships and your ability to show up in the world as the person you wish to be. She is on a mission to help you heal yourself from ongoing, frustrating, (and often embarrassing) symptoms that keep you stuck. She’s here to help!

Jen currently offers virtual appointments and will assist you in your personal health journey using changes to your diet & eating habits, recommending functional lab testing and suggesting nutritional supplements. She believes that real change happens when you feel supported with listening, kindness, empathy and real partnership in your sessions. She also appreciates that conditions like IBS, SIBO, IMO and anxiety are often rooted in things that aren’t actually on your plate, what we call “Primary Foods”, and will advise you on making important lifestyle choices. Jen prides herself in acknowledging that we are all unique human beings living vastly different experiences and looks for unique alternatives for each of her clients, realizing that not one protocol or diet will help everyone.

Jen believes that true wellness and longevity can be achieved through positive coaching and a willingness by YOU to make and keep new healthy habits. Igniting the next level of self-love and intuition is key in every sustained personal health journey and Jen would be honored to be your partner in this endeavor-- reminding you that Health isn't a destination, it's a process and it is created One Bite at a Time.
