This Program is geared towards addressing chronic conditions with creating and keeping long-term goals.

This Program is a great fit for those who:

Package Includes:

• Twelve (12) sessions total

  • One (1) Initial Consultation ($588 value)

    • This session is how we create a baseline for you and your healing journey. After gathering information from you, we will meet to discuss your personal and family health history, your current health concerns, previous lab work and your wellness goals. This includes prep work before your session, the session itself and follow up correspondence. This is where the magic begins!

  • Eleven (11) 30-45 minute follow up sessions

    • Follow up sessions will include recommendations for food/diet, supplements, lab testing and other lifestyle/wellness protocols

• Unlimited private Messenger support with Jen between sessions

• Access to private video library for added education & support, resource links

• One (1) 3-hr lactulose breath test kit + shipping/handling

• Summary notes after each session, homework/handouts, and accountability

• The SIBO Coach’s curated VIP Gold Welcome Kit

Note: Client should plan for & expect the likelihood of additional costs for functional lab work and supplementation, if needed. 4 Month Silver Program

This Program is geared towards addressing chronic conditions with creating and keeping long-term goals.

This Program is a better fit for those who:

• have already started and are ‘mid-journey’

• need direction but less accountability

• not able to commit to our Gold Program

Package Includes:

• Eight (8) sessions total

  • One (1) Initial Consultation ($588 value)

    • This session is how we create a baseline for you and your healing journey. After gathering information from you, we will meet to discuss your personal and family health history, your current health concerns, previous lab work and your wellness goals. This includes prep work before your session, the session itself and follow up correspondence. This is where the magic begins!

  • Seven (7) 30-45 minute follow up sessions

    • Follow up sessions will include recommendations for food/diet, supplements, lab testing and other lifestyle/wellness protocols

• Limited private Messenger support with Jen between sessions

• Summary notes after each session, homework/handouts and accountability

• The SIBO Coach’s curated Silver Welcome Kit

3 Month Bronze DIY & Group Program

This Program is geared towards addressing chronic conditions with creating and keeping long-term goals.

This Program is a good fit for those who:

• are wanting to try out our toolbox on their own

• are unable to commit to the Silver or Gold Programs

• need guidance & occasional LIVE support to 'manage' on-going symptoms

• prefer small group interaction vs 1:1 sessions

Package includes:

• Six (6) sessions total

  • One (1) private Initial Consultation ($588 value)

    • This session is how we create a baseline for you and your healing journey. After gathering information from you, we will meet to discuss your personal and family health history, your current health concerns, previous lab work and your wellness goals. This includes prep work before your session, the session itself and follow up correspondence. This is where the magic begins!

  • Five (5) LIVE calls as a group member

    • Twice a month there is a LIVE call for Q+A and topic specific discussions led by Jen

    • Calls are not recorded to protect the privacy of all participants

    • Calls typically have 3-6 members at a time, we try to limit the # of participants to allow for more participation & time for Q+A

• Access to our DIY SIBO self-paced Modules*

  • Pre-recorded educational videos with recommendations for food/diet, supplements, lab testing and other lifestyle/wellness protocols

  • Although it is self-paced, we recommend you carve out time to make this Program a priority and stick to your schedule for the BEST success. We want you to feel better!

• Welcome gift

* Once 3 months has come to an end, you will continue to have access to Modules for one year from date of purchase. You may also enroll in our ongoing Membership and attend group calls bi-monthly for a nominal fee, or upgrade to one of our Programs for 1:1 sessions.

SIBO Breath Test Package

1 Test Kit + 1 Consult

Curious whether you might have SIBO? Start with taking our SIBO survey here and then order a test kit and discuss your results with Jen.

Package Includes:

• One (1) 3-hr lactulose breath test kit

• Shipping & Handling

  and…

• 15-20 minute phone or video consultation regarding your results once they have been received (usually 10-14 business days).

• If you desire after results are reviewed, we may discuss a Wellness Program that fits your unique needs. As a courtesy to you, a portion of this package cost will be put towards your Program. My promise: There are never any strings attached if you just want the test!

What’s Going on in My Gut? Package

3 Labs + 2 Consults

This package is a trio of functional labs to provide valuable insight to what may be causing your digestive symptoms. This package is lab work + lab results review only and does not include 'treatment protocols" or specific recommendations. 

Package Includes:

• Blood work panel to assess key vitamin/mineral levels, thyroid function & general metabolic function (you take requisition form to Labcorp)

• 3-hr SIBO Breath Test (home test kit)

• GI Map - comprehensive stool test (home test kit)

• Shipping & Handling fees

and...

• 30 minute consult before tests to review testing prep for optimizing results

• 45 minute consult after tests to review results, does not include specific recommendations

• If you desire after results are reviewed, we may discuss a Wellness Program that fits your unique needs. As a courtesy to you, $200 of this package will be put towards your Program costs. My promise: There are never any strings attached if you just want the tests!

Additional Lab Work

We will work with you and your doctor to order conventional lab work, if needed. Expect that functional lab work will be an additional expense to you and payment is remitted to The SIBO Coach before ordering. We will always discuss lab work costs before any order and will send you a receipt. We do not bill insurance but do provide copies of paid invoices, if needed for your insurance. Prices vary.

Practitioner Consultation

Are you a medical practitioner looking for extra guidance with your own SIBO patients? Book this single session to review breath test results and receive helpful information & education regarding your patient. Come to the session with your top 2-3 questions/concerns. Sessions are 45 minutes.
